Get the Whole Picture

Ph.D. Jorge Diaz is a professional "traveller", he is a life-long learner. His approach seeks to link "know-how" to business development. He considers a key step to engage people from the very beginning of idea generation. We need to shift our mind beginning from the way we use resources. The key is the "management model". Airbnb, Uber, and so on have succeeded in doing this.

Although his expertise in mobility, and Disaster Risk Reduction is backstopped by more than twenty years across the globe, he prioritizes "holistic", comprehensive mind maps.

Connecting the Dots

We believe that the overly hyped ‘Smart City‘ focus has led to a lot of misconceptions in the average city council. Vendors, technology providers, consultants keep on pushing their offerings to cities that may not yet be ready to fully understand the impact of these promises.
To this end we assess and compare the city’s aspirations, validate those with the actual accomplishments, translate them in concrete requirements, engage the right stakeholders, support potential procurement cycles.
